there is two electron in he ok so its electronic configuration will be -1s^2 this corresponds to \[[n,l,m_x,m_s]=[1,0,0,(-,+)1/2]\] so option A seems correct

for this kinda problems always try to find out the electronic configuration first then the quantum states one by one
