Help me simplify this

can't cross out both 3x+y and 3x-y on top, can't factor it out. there's a minus sign in the middle.

didn't catch the - sign the 1st time, just copied and slashed stuff lol

I don't follow, you asked to simplify that--I did it wrong the 1st time, that second time is better--but it might be able to be reduced a bit more, but i dont think so

then yes your simplification was correct :) @HELP!!!!
but, on the denominator, it would be 36x^2 + 3x+y)^2 + (3x-y)^2
but this is the answer...

have you considered distribute the fraction on top?
and noticed it's not 36x^2(3x+y) it's 36x^2 + (3x+y)^2
