A bicyclist applies the brakes and slows the motion of the wheels. The angular momentum of each wheel then decreases from 7.0 kg(m)^2 to 3.5 kg(m)^2 over period of 5.0 s. What is the angular impulse on each wheel? A. -0.7 kg(m)^2/s B. -1.4 kg(m)^2/s C. -2.1 kg(m)^2/s D. -3.5 kg(m)^2/s (I don't understand which formula to put this problem in to get the answer..)

@ganeshie8 Do you know how to do physics? :o

OpenStudy (vincent-lyon.fr):

you have to work out change in angular momentum divided by time taken

OpenStudy (masumanwar):

0.7 as the change in angular momentum is the difference in the angular momentum before and after the break and then divided by the 5 second
