Atom seeking atom: Discuss each atom's role in chemical bonding. Mention the number of valance electrons in each atom, how they combine, and what type of bond they form. Also include how carbon is found in all living things. Include a picture. (the electron–dot diagram)
Atoms are the building blocks for all matter contain electron in the orbit and to for bond electron in one atom is bonded to electron in another atom to form molecules and there are two main types of bond one is ionic bond where two atom exchange electron in the orbit one give and another take for example is sodium chloride where sodium give one electron from its outer most orbit and chlorine take it to fill octate and also sodium loosing one electron become octet filled is stable electronic configuration and another type of bond is covalent bond where two atom share one electron in the orbit two form bond such as molecules of organic compound
