If we assume that they behave as ideal gases, then the number of moles, when T and P are constant, are the same for all three gases. This means that the number of molecules is the same, but they have different numbers of atoms. \(\sf O_2\) has 2 atoms per molecule \(\sf O_3\) has 3 \(\sf NH_3\) has 4 So the ratio of \(\sf O_2:O_3:NH_3\) is \(\sf 2:3:4\)
