Can you please explain if it would be possible to calculate the K value if more than one product or reactant in a chemical equation is a gas? =

if all of the reactants and products are gases, then use the pressures of each, and you'll find the Kp. If some are gases and others not, then you'd have to use the ideal gas law to convert all the gases into moles, then divide by the volume to find a molar concentration, then plug into the Keq equation. It can be done, but it's more steps
