~(Bonjour love!) -my bad. -Please kindly help me on this problem. @IMStuck
\[152250\times (1.034)^{13}\] and i dare you to do it without a calculator!
see wolfram really is your friend
Formula in general is\[A=A _{0}(1+r)^{t}\]
Ao is your starting vaue o 152,250, your r is the rate of, and t is 13.
@satellite73 You make me laugh, lol. 235,138.804 Well....Correction- my android phone is my best friend. xD
Assume that this is a case of compound interest. Principal: $152.250; annual interest rate: 3.4% => 0.034; number of compounds per year: 1; number of years = 13.
@IMStuck We're solving for "r" ?
to increase a number by \(3.4\%=.034\) you multiply it by \(1.039\) to do it repeatedly, say 13 times, you mutiply it by \((1.034)^{13}\)
no you are not solving for anything it is a straight forward computation with a (ahem) calculator
:P I know. 1.54
?
I multiplied 1.034^13
For the first problem you gave me I got: 235,138.804

\[\$235138.80\]
lol what you got ten minutes ago
Why are we just now concluding this!? >.<
