Select one: a. 28.5 b. 22.4 c. 25.8 d. 24.2
Do you know the law of sines?
Kind of.
They simply state that a/SinA = b/SinB = c/SinC
Alright.
You could use the law of sines. \[\frac{ \sin93 }{ 25 }=\frac{ \sin75 }{ y }\] If not there are other ways to find it.
This can be used with the known x values to find the y value
@wrstlr3232 One of us has the fractions upside down :P
Haha, well you can use it the same way. As long as you have sin in the same place. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Law_of_sines
I got 24.14 using your proportion.
Yeah, sorry mate, what was I thinking?! XD I'll look over your answer now Balt
Thanks.
Haha no big deal.
The proportion that you had gave 24.148 would I round that up to 24.2 then to fit D? Or did I do something wrong?
Yeah, that looks like the solution to me.
Alright thanks guys. Who wants the best response?
Give it to wrstlr :P
