It should be D. This is metallic bonding I believe, which together makes up sizable metal materials. (Idk if that's the right terms to use.) But basically, all these metal ions are surrounded by a sea of electrons. Electrons can easily be transferred and agitated and whatever. Movement of electrons means a current can flow through it, a property of a conductor.
