what is the density in g/cm^3 of a substance weighing 22.2cg with dimensions of 0.333cm by 0.444cm by 0.555cm?

OpenStudy (joannablackwelder):

density = mass / volume

OpenStudy (joannablackwelder):

But since you want your answer in g/cm^3, you will need your mass in g and your volume in cm^3.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so to get the cm^3 i will just multiply all dimensions but on top to go to cg to g do i do 22.2cg/1*10^2/1cg?

@JoannaBlackwelder

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oo it should be 22.2cg/1*10^-2/1 ?

OpenStudy (joannablackwelder):

I'm not quite following you on the conversion, but the volume looks good. :)
