give a hint , i have tried all sorts of manipulations by now

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so i smell there should be a trick , probably

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@midhun.madhu1987

OpenStudy (triciaal):

before i post do you have choices is b = 1?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no

OpenStudy (anonymous):

should i open it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@midhun.madhu1987 what were u thinking

OpenStudy (midhun.madhu1987):

I was on another question....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ohk ,

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@aum

OpenStudy (aum):

\(a \ne b; ~~ a^2(b+c) = 2; ~~ b^2(c+a) = 2; ~~ c^2(a+b) = ?\) Just by symmetry \(c^2(a+b)\) has got to be 2. But proving it? hmmm...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is 2 , but proving it seems more difficult than the answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@aum

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I saw this problem on a site , https://brilliant.org/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Now sollutions are available!

OpenStudy (aum):

So you know the solution?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ys

OpenStudy (aum):

Well if you are gonna post the solution later I will check back.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok
