A 1.86 mixture of Na2CO3 and Na2CO3 ~ H2O was thoroughly heated in a crucible. After heating it weighed only 1.74 grams. What is the percent by weight of hydrate (Na2CO3 ~ H2O) in the mixture?

Do you know the reaction when you heat NaHCO3 ?

OpenStudy (cuanchi):

I think that one data is missing. With this information I can calculate how much H20 you have in the mix. But if I don't know how many H20 molecules has the hydrate the percentage by weight of the hydrate in the mix can go from 44.44% for a mono hydrate (Na2CO3 1 H2O) to has low as 9-10% for a deca hydrate (Na2CO3 10 H2O).
