\[a+5=\frac{1}{5}(15+5a)\] multiply each term by \(\frac{1}{5}\) on the right, which is the same as dividing by \(5\) to get \[a+5=3+a\]

and now it should be pretty clear that there is no solution, because it is not possible to add 5 to an number, add 3 to that same number, and get the same answer
