Well I would suggest taking a look at the standing wave pattern for a second harmonic. If the bridge is being shaken up and down at its centre, would that mean the centre is a node or an antinode ? Is that compatible with the shape of the second harmonic ? By the way, I don't think you have the right answers for parts 2, 3, 7 or 8.

2) What was the vertical amplitude, A, of the bridge, in inches? ANSWER: If A= D/F and we are told that the distance is 160 ft or 50 m, Then we must find the F. F= 24 Oscillations / 15 seconds = 1.6 Hz Then A = 160 ft/ 1.6 Hz= 100 The question asks for cm. There are 30.48 cm per ft, so 100*30.48 = 3048 So A= 3048 cm
Is that correct for number 2?
