What salt is produced in each of the following neutralization reactions? HNO3(aq)+KOH(aq)→H2O(l)+? HNO3(aq)+Ca(OH)2(aq)→H2O(l)+? HCl(aq)+Ca(OH)2(aq)→H2O(l)+? HCl(aq)+KOH(aq)→H2O(l)+? Drag the appropriate items to their respective bins.

OpenStudy (knowledge):

for all of these, the salt that will form is with the anion and the cation. As an example, I will tell you that the first one produces water and potassium nitrate (KNO3). This is because the hydrogen ion from nitric acid and the hydroxide of the potassium hydroxide form water. (H+ + OH- --->H20)
