mass in grams of 9.42 x 10^24 of methanol (CH3OH)

OpenStudy (kkutie7):

I assume that number is in moles? find the molar mass by using the mass given in the periodic table \[C+3(H)+O+H= molarmass\] once you find that you can do this equation: \[9.42 x 10^{24}molesCH_{3}OH*\frac{molarmass}{1mole}\] this will give you the mass in grams for CH3OH.
