Question to be posted in Drawing:
ok so i have to tell which set f is continuous: |dw:1411707672763:dw| \[lim x \rightarrow0^{-} f(x) =1\] \[lim x \rightarrow0^{+} f(x) =-1\] \[lim x \rightarrow0 f(x) =Does Not Exist\]
i got this far, i just dont know how to tell which are continuous? if you dont mind, help me out please.
@hartnn if your still online, id appreciate some help
Well, bye if you don't want my help
i mean obviously i want your help if you can provide help, i started typing that before i saw you were looking at this post.

Maybe both A and B
yeah thats what i was thinking too tinybook
Yeah. At x = 0, the function is non-continuous
I was trying to figure it out. @nsellers23
thats fine pretty, the only reason i posted the response was because i was helped by him before and figured he would be able to assist me.
and thanks tiny
ill go with A and B are continuous
No, you've already done it
ooooh so saying that C is non existent makes it understood that A and B are the continuous ones?
I am not sure, sorry.
no no its fine, thanks for the help tiny!
It's my pleasure
;P

Thank you @tinybookworm
@prettybunny123456 Hope you will help us when we need. Would you mind if I call you when I need help?
Call anytime @tinybookworm
Thank you
;)
The function has a discontinuity at x = 0. It is continuous everywhere else. The domain for this function is: (-infinity, 0) U (0, infinity) Notice how 0 is excluded in the domain due to the use of ( and )
