I'm just not understanding the whole table thing. To me it just seems so random. Why would just guessing be so exact?
the random number table has equal probability for every number 0-9 . but you are biasing your results by saying S = numbers 0 -8
the random number table is more random than guessing, because humans dont guess randomly (according to studies). the random number table is made with a random number generating function
