I think the answer is either B or C just not sure which one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Let the first even integer be : \(q\) Then its consecutive integer will be : \(q + 2\).. According to your question : \[\frac{1}{q} + \frac{1}{q+2} = \frac{7}{24}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Your doubt should be between C and D, not B and C.. :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So, what is it according to you?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think C?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Solve the equation which I have given you.. :) do not think, find it..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Let us verify: You are saying \(6\) and \(8\), so sum of their reciprocal should be : \[\frac{1}{6} + \frac{1}{8} = \frac{4 + 3}{24} = \frac{7}{24}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah, C is pretty right..!! :P
