you're right, R is a constant.

$K_c$ is another constant, at that temperature.

T is in Kelvin. 

$Kelvin=273^oC+T(in~^oC) =273^oC+300^oC=573K$

The trickiest part comes from $\Delta n$ in the exponent.

$n$ refers to the coefficients in the balanced equation 
(for gases only, if you get a solid, it doesnt go into this).

$\Large  \underbrace{N_2}_{1}+\underbrace{3H_2}_{3}\rightleftharpoons \underbrace{2NH_3}_{2}$ 

$\large \Delta n=n_{products}-n_{reactants}=2-(3+1)=-2$


hence the exponent is -2.
