you're right, R is a constant. \(K_c\) is another constant, at that temperature. T is in Kelvin. \(Kelvin=273^oC+T(in~^oC) =273^oC+300^oC=573K\) The trickiest part comes from \(\Delta n\) in the exponent. \(n\) refers to the coefficients in the balanced equation (for gases only, if you get a solid, it doesnt go into this). \(\Large \underbrace{N_2}_{1}+\underbrace{3H_2}_{3}\rightleftharpoons \underbrace{2NH_3}_{2}\) \(\large \Delta n=n_{products}-n_{reactants}=2-(3+1)=-2\) hence the exponent is -2.
