the soichiometry of the reaction is 1:1 Ca+2 + EDTA-4 ------> CaEDTA-2 You need to know the concentration of the bove standardized EDTA solution, and then use the V1C1=V2C2 to calculate the moles of Ca in your sample. Then you have to express your results as gCa/100g of water.
