A teacher performs a chemistry demonstration in which a small amount of magnesium, Mg, powder is stirred into copper sulfate, CuSO4, solution. a. Write a balanced molecular equation for the reaction. b. Is the ionic equation for this reaction the same as the net ionic equation? Explain. I'm a bit confused on how to do this so if someone could explain it'd help a lot.
