How would you go about solving an integral equation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\int\limits_{0}^{c} \frac{ x^3 }{ 4 }dx =1\]

OpenStudy (freckles):

Integrate x^3/4

OpenStudy (freckles):

say the antiderivative of x^3/4 is F(x) Then you solve F(c)-F(0)=1 for c.

OpenStudy (freckles):

So you need to first find the antiderivative of x^3/4 then plug in c and plug in 0 into that antiderivative then find the difference then solve the equation for c

Thanks its been a while since I've done antiderivaties and calculus !
