Help me triple plz ill give medal whoever answeres and explains first @iGreen and @sleepyjess
hey
do you know how to find slope?
not really
\(\dfrac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}\) Use 5, 18.75 for \(x_1, y_1\) and 7, 26.25 for \(x_2, y_2\)
igreen u know the answer
can u tell me answer and then explain it
no
why
because you need to get to the answer yourself with guidance from others
i gave you the formula i gave you the points all you have to do is substitute and subtract
ok i understand thats why i want u to tell me answer and explain it so that next quesion i can do it on my own
It gives you 4 points..but it doesn't matter which two points you use because it says it's constant..let's just use (3, 11.25) and (5, 18.75). Slope Formula: \(\color{#6aaa25}{m = \dfrac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}}\).
so
In this case: \(\color{#6aaa25}{y_2 = 18.75}\) \(\color{#6aaa25}{y_1 = 11.25}\) \(\color{#6aaa25}{x_2 = 5}\) \(\color{#6aaa25}{x_1 = 3}\) \(\color{#6aaa25}{m = \dfrac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}}\) \(\color{#6aaa25}{m = \dfrac{18.75-11.25}{5-3}}\) Subtract the numerators and the denominators: \(\color{#6aaa25}{m = \dfrac{7.5}{2}}\) Can you divide 7.5 / 2? @Darknight200
yes
3.75
right
Yep, so that's your answer.
thx can i ask a lil more like 3
yall smart
lol
what grade yall
Sure, just post them separately..close this one first.
