What kinematic equations do you have?
That is it. It is an anti derivative equation. Integrals
Well I'm only used to the metric system and I don't feel like converting so I can just help you out with the equation and what not. So it will require a kinetmatic equation as I mentioned above think about which one you could use. \[v_0 = 46 ~~~~v=0~~~a = -29 \] you can put in units and stuff but think about it and see what you get.
