I would say B, because in acids, the structures apart from hydrogen, tend to pull or push electrons. In the case of weak acids, the electron pushing effect is greater than the electron pulling and since hydrogen is a proton, most of its ions get ionically cancelled by the electrons and a few go out as positively charged, giving a pH below and near 7.
