basically you don't need the periodic table, you have all the info there 24 is the atomic number= number of protons 52 is the mass = number of protons+ number of neutrons 3 is the charge, in this case because it is positive means that it has lost 3 electrons, so the number of electrons is going to be equal to the number of protons minus 3
