2 half lives means you cut it in half, then half again.
\[57 * \frac{ 1 }{ 2 } * \frac{ 1 }{ 2 }\]

The half life is 138 days, so in 276 days, 2 half lifes will occur, and the sample will be 1/4 th the original size.
