Acetaminophen (C8H9NO2) is the active ingredient in many nonprescription pain relievers. Each tablet contains 500 mg of acetaminophen, and a typical adult dose is two tablets every eight hours. • Determine the molar mass of acetaminophen (show your work). • Calculate the number of moles of acetaminophen in a single tablet (show your work). • Calculate the number of moles of acetaminophen that an adult would have taken if she took three doses of acetaminophen in one day (show your work). need help i don't understand

1) Determine the molar mass of acetaminophen (show your work). C8H9NO2 look at a periodic table the atomic mass for the C, H, N and O, then multiply the atomic mass of the C by 8, the H by 9, the O by 2, and finally add all of them plus the mass of the N. This will be the molar mass of the acetaminophen. By the way I just took two tablets this morning. 2) Calculate the number of moles of acetaminophen in a single tablet (show your work). n=m/MM you can calculate the number of moles dividing the mass (500mg) by the molecular mass calculated in the step 1. Remember convert mg to g to obtain moles otherwise you will get millimoles. 3) Calculate the number of moles of acetaminophen that an adult would have taken if she took three doses of acetaminophen in one day (show your work). you have to multiply the number of moles from one tablet (calculated in the item 2) by the number of tablets that the person has taken, considering 2 tablets by dose.
