What
opposite would mean homogeneous solution
If you zoomed in, or zoomed out, which one would look the same at all levels
one that doesnt have a defined phase boundry
ok
homoegeneous, to me, means "unchanged under zoom function" sorta, and oil is the only one on that list that would follow that
Tanks!
Which one of the following is not a homogeneous mixture? A. vegetable soup B. carbonated beverages C. saline solution D. brewed tea
C or a im thinking
use the same idea, which ones look the same when you zoom in and out
uniform throughout
saline solution looks the same, it is a solution, the salt is dissociated into the liquid
zoom in and zoom out where? how?
Homogeneous means , uniform througout , without any apparent boundries between phases
if you zoom in to an area, it will look the same as before
and you cant tell that you zoomed in
D?
soup would be the only one that looks different when you zoom in and out, and has definite boundries between different phases
vegitables, peas, carrots, celery
zoom in on just a pea, that is all you see, zoom out, and you have a bunch of different things and it looks different, changed when you zoom out and in, NOT homogeneous
All the others are solutions and look uniform throughout
I suggest you to ask only one question per post. Thank you.
