I'm not sure I understand your question, but if you want to know the stock solution volume that corresponds to 100 umol of NaOH, the correct answer would be 1000 uL. You have to convert the units in order to make it easier for you: \[C (NaOH) = 100 mM = 100 mmol/L \] \[n(NaOH) = 100 \mu mol = 0.100 mmol\] \[V(NaOH) = \frac{ 0.100 mmol }{ 100 mmol/L } = 0.001 L = 1000 \mu L\]
