Yeah I agree with @pooja195 because when their are more prey, then there are more predators and when their is less prey, then there is less predators.

@joshup It cannot be 100% correctly answered without know the which line is the wolf and which is the rabbit. The issue is that we do not know the starting point (x=0) on the graphs. At that point are rabbits increasing or decreasing? The wolves? Either way this is a typical predator-prey boom-bust cycle. If we start with an increasing population of rabbits, we expect to see a slightly delayed response from the wolves. They do not receive the benefit of the increased rabbits instantaneously. Next, the increased wolf population causes a drop in the rabbit population. Again, after a period of time the decrease in rabbits means less food and the wolf population begins to decline again. Well, now we have less wolves eating rabbits so the rabbit population goes back up and we start the cycle all over again.
