64 students attend only Texas. 52 students attend only Blinn. 56 students attend neither Texas nor Blinn. 28 students attend both Texas and Blinn. There are 200 students in total, of which only 28 students attend both colleges. Therefore the required probability is given by: \[\large \frac{200-28}{200}\times100=(you\ can\ calculate)\ percent\]
