sum of the forces in x = -Fcoulomb+Ftensionx=0 sum of the forces in y = Ftensiony-mg=0 Ftensiony=Tsin(10)=0.0036(9.8) == .203 Fcoulomb=Ftensionx=.203cos(10)=.200 .200=9*10^9*q^2/.17^2 q=8.01^10-7. but that's wrong. i got the distance as .17 by saying sin(10)*1 m (hyp) = .17
