bingo! the rest make no sense having 10 isotopes has nothing to do with proton number - it has to do with neutron number now having 10 neutrons has nothing to do with having 10 protons coz amu mass= number of protons + number of neutrons & neutron number different most of the time depending on mass ion number - has to do with electrons
