remember that m is slope, so you can substitute your slope(2) in for m. so now you have this- y - y1 = 2(x - x1). then you put in your point- so put in the 3 for 'x1' and the -2 for 'y1'. this gets you to the equation y -(-2) = 2(x - 3).
now you just isolate y on the left side of the equal sign, and by doing so, you get slope intercept form. do you know how to isolate y?
