whats the difference between dipole dipole interaction and london dispersion forces?

OpenStudy (dqswag):

Dispersion forces are intermolecular forces that occur in all bonding's between elements. Dipole-dipole forces occur when the electronegative of on elements is much stronger than the other. You can determine this using a electronegative chart. Hydrogen bonding only occurs with hydrogen and either Oxygen, Florine and Nitrogen. This is the strongest of the 3 types of bonds.
