@TrojanPoem do you know how to do this?
add
put \(i-1\) get \(6^{1-1}=6^0=1\)
then put a plus sign then put \(i=2\) get \[6^{2-1}=6^1=6\]\

then put \(i=3\) etc \[1+6+6^2+6^3\]and add them up
\[\sum_{i=1}^{4}6^{i-1}\] \[=6^{1-1}+6^{2-1}+6^{3-1}+6^{4-1}=6^0+6^1+6^2+6^3=1+6+36+108=?\]
i would use a calculator
Thank you @satellite73
