Is this all that you were given? are you talking about the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen? Also, you would need the change in enthalpy of the reaction, which I found in a publication paper to be -191.2 KJ/mol (source: http://pubs.acs.org/doi/pdf/10.1021/ed076p1517). So you convert the energy released (400 KJ) into the number of mols needed using this conversion factor -191.2 KJ/mol. You should then have mol, and then convert this value into mass using the molecule's molar mass. Good luck, ask if you have any other questions
