Calculate how many moles of NH3 form when each quantity of reactant completely reacts according to the equation: 3N2H4(l)→4NH3(g)+N2(g) A.) 2.0 mol N2H4 thank you :)

OpenStudy (dtan5457):

Are you saying how many moles of NH3 will form if 2 moles of N2H4 are used, or how many moles are used in the original equation?

OpenStudy (dtan5457):

If it's from 2 moles of N2H4. You need to find what number 3 divided by turns into 2. (1.5) The ratio factor is 1.5 So just divide 4NH3 by 1.5 4/1.5 will be your amount of moles of NH3 if 2 moles of N2H4 are used.
