Electrons are located in clouds of probability around the nucleus.
neil bohr is saying that you can find an electron here and here and here, but in the real world, you can only predict if its there based of of Heisenberg uncertainty principle. the quantum model or electron cloud model is based on waves (electrons exhibit wave-like characteristics and exist more as a standing wave then a regular particle) and probability. However you will most likely find electrons near the bohr orbit but it may not be.
