PLEASE HELP ME WITH CHEMISTRY!!!
1. Silver chloride (AgCl) is classified as insoluble. Silver nitrate (AgNO3) is classified as soluble. How do the solubility product constants (Ksp) of these compounds compare? Explain. 2. At equilibrium, the concentration of calcium ions in a calcium chromate (CaCrO4) solution at 25°C is 1 × 10–4 mol/L. In the same solution, the concentration of chromate ions is also 1 × 10–4 mol/L. What is the Ksp of calcium chromate? Show your work. 3. Barium iodate (Ba(IO3)2) forms an equilibrium with its ions in solution. Will adding additional barium ions to the solution affect the Ksp of barium iodate? Explain.
I am sorry I cant
But i wuld look it up for u
@aaronq I just need help with #1 that's it...
The lower/smaller the Ksp the less soluble the compound is. AgCl is highly insoluble and AgNO3 is much more soluble
