The only 1:1 carbon hydrogen ratio i can think of at top of my head is benzene.

but its highly unstable, so not usually seen for long periods of times without switching into something else and forming a more stable product.

A 1:1 ratio for carbon to hydrogen occurs with benzene for example. C6H6. There are 6 hydrogens and 6 carbons. Thus entailing a 1:1 ratio.
