Surface Area of a sphere = 4πr² = 144π in²
refresh your page
4πr² = 144π r² = 144π/4π = 36 r = √36 = 6 in
volume of the beach ball (sphere) is = (4/3)πr³ Volume of the air the beach ball will hold when fully inflated = (4/3)πr³ = (4/3)π(6)³ = 288π in³
