Remember if energy is showed as -ve it is exothermic ex: delta H= -25J If it is written on the left side ---- + ---- --> --- + 11kcal or J this is exothermic Anything opposite of this is endothermic. IF you have any question feel free t let me know and I will clarify it more for you. :)
