How many atoms are in 15.0 moles of C2H6O?

OpenStudy (matt101):

1 mole of anything has 6.022 x 10^23 atoms in it (this is called Avogadro's number). How many atoms in 15 moles?

OpenStudy (gebooors):

Note, that compound contains nine atoms.

OpenStudy (matt101):

Good point! For this question I should have said that one mole contains 6.022 x 10^23 MOLECULES. Each molecule here then contains 9 atoms.
