You can solve this fairly easily if you know how to do matrix/vector multiplication. First, find the coefficient matrix for the linear transformation of a 90 degree counterclockwise turn about point O. Start with the identity matrix, [1 0 ; 0 1] (spaces separate horizontal entries, semicolons separate rows). The first column(think of it as a point) [1;0] will be transformed to [0;1] after a 90 degree ccw turn, think about rotating a vector from [1;0] to [0;1] on a 2d plane, this will be a 90 degree rotation. Next, find the second column of the identity matrix using this same method, giving you [-1;0], so your new coefficient matrix for this linear transformation is [0 -1 ; 1 0 ]. Now, simply multiply this coefficient matrix by each point given on that original graph to get your new points. ie. point R([2;0]) becomes [ 0 -1; 1 0] * [2 ; 0] = [0;2]
