I don't understand how to get the rest of the numbers...

The acid and the base react in a 1:1 mole ratio. Find the number of moles of acid that reacted. That will be the number of moles of base used (if the reaction was allowed to go to completion). You know the volume of base used. Once you know the number of moles of the base used, you can find the molar concentration.
