Question seemed a little bit odd to me. You can write equations for equilibrium as in y direction \[mg=T_1\sin{\theta}+T_2\sin{\phi}\] and in x direction: \[0=T_1\cos{\theta}-T_2\cos{\theta}\]

I am trying to see if I can draw it for you, but basically T1 is tension on rope1 and T2 is tension on rope2. then you need to split the x and y components. to get y components you need to multiply by sin(angle), and to get x components you need to multiply by cos(angle). additionally to these forces there is gravitational force which is only in y direction. for equilibrium in x and y directions total of the components must be zero
