A chemist has 2.0 mol of methanol (CH3OH). The molar mass of methanol is 32.0 g/mol. What is the mass, in grams, of the sample?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

64 grams, because if they have 2.0 mol and the molar mass is 32.0 you just multiply the molar mass by the number of mols, which would be 32.0 x 2.0 = 64 g
